Conversational Management

It allows you to create search filters and access conversation history so that the Human Advisor has a knowledge base about the Client. Conversations can be reassigned to another Human Advisor (even based on a configured specialty) and conversations can be automatically closed after a specified period of inactivity.


Integration

TALKi can integrate with the organization's external systems for information validation and query. These external systems can be Google, Waze, etc. Integration with the organization's internal systems is also possible for queries or recording transactions. Integration can be done through APIs or Web Services. Systems that can be integrated include: ERP, CRM, WMS, SAP, In-House Development, etc., as long as they provide mechanisms for successful integration.


Dashboards and KPI's
